Meet Aislinn
Parenting can be beautiful—and incredibly hard. Maybe you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, worn down by toddler meltdowns, or struggling to stay calm with your 8-year-old’s big emotions. You’ve done everything you can think of, but it still feels like too much. You might be second-guessing every decision, losing your temper more than you’d like, or feeling burned out or resentful. You know something’s off—but you’re not sure how or who to ask for help. If this season feels harder than expected, you’re not broken or failing.
I help parents, kids (birth-9), and their families who feel stuck in survival mode. Therapy isn’t about fixing anyone—it’s about creating safety, support, and understanding. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, explore big feelings, strengthen identity, support everyone’s nervous system, and build emotional resilience in a space that’s safe and non-judgmental.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through some of the most rewarding and challenging moments of their lives. I understand the courage and vulnerability seeking help takes, & that progress isn’t always linear. You’re not meant to do this alone—I’ll be here to support and encourage you every step of the way.
